1Introduction

• Deposits made using a third-party payment method will be reversed and the account may be suspended.

5Withdrawals

Withdrawals from db111 are processed to bKash or Nagad in BDT. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. db111 charges no fees on withdrawals. For verified accounts, withdrawals are typically completed within 15 minutes. Accounts that have not completed identity verification may experience delays.

Before your first withdrawal, db111 requires identity verification. You will be asked to submit a copy of a valid government-issued photo ID and confirmation of your registered payment method. This is a one-time process. Once verified, subsequent withdrawals are processed without additional documentation unless db111 has reason to request further checks.

• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method registered in your own name.

6Bonuses & Promotions

In the event of a conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

All bonuses on db111 carry a wagering requirement. This means the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn.
